• Purchase totals will be deducted from the voucher's overall value until it reaches zero.
• When you make a purchase you cannot choose the gift card amount to spend if the gift card value exceeds the value of the transaction (let’s break that down: if your gift card is valued at $100 and your order is $50, you cannot choose to use only $35 from the gift card towards the purchase price – instead, the full $50 will be used towards the order). That said, you are not required to use the full amount (in this example, $100) on one purchase.

Sterling Silver & Plated Brass

To help preserve the shine of your plated brass jewellery, avoid water, sweat, perfume, lotions and household chemicals, as these can cause tarnishing or oxidation. Make your jewellery the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night.

For 925 sterling silver, regular wear can help keep oxidation at bay, as your skin’s natural oils can maintain its shine. When not wearing your pieces, store them somewhere cool and dry.

Once you receive your order confirmation email, please allow 1–7 business days for us to prepare your order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout after you select your delivery country and shipping method. By completing your purchase, you accept the applicable shipping charges.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, piercing jewelry is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes all jewelry designed for body piercings, such as earrings, barbells, labrets (flatback studs), hoops, clickers, belly rings, and ear-chain attachments.

Non-personalized necklaces, bracelets, and rings may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return package has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, according to your preference.
