• Exposure to harsh environments
• Accidental pulling, snagging, or force
• Over-bending or incorrect adjustment of pins or posts
• Contact with chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, hairspray, cleaning products, chlorine, or other substances that may cause color fading, tarnishing, or plating wear

Damage caused under the above circumstances is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.
