This policy applies to customers residing in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA).

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU or EEA consumer purchasing from Cor Bloom Jewelry online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You may email us at hello@corbloomjewelry.com or use the above withdrawal form in this page.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized; and
• Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Piercing Jewelry and Hygiene

For hygiene and safety reasons, piercing jewelry and earrings supplied in sealed hygiene packaging cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been opened, removed, or broken after delivery.

This includes items such as earrings, flatbacks, labrets, barbells, hoops, huggies, clickers, belly rings, ear cuffs, chains, attachments, and charms.

If the hygiene seal remains intact, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period.

This exception does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incomplete, or sent incorrectly.

3. How to Submit a Withdrawal Request

You may submit your withdrawal request by sending an email to hello@corbloomjewelry.com or by using our EU withdrawal request form above.

After receiving your request, we will send you the designated return address and instructions.

You must return the item(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Cor Bloom does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

4. Return Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item(s), including postage, packaging, and any customs fees required for the parcel to reach our designated warehouse.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.

Cor Bloom is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit.

5. Return Conditions and Review

Returned items should be unworn, unused, in perfect condition, and returned with the original packaging where possible.

You may inspect an item only as you would in a physical store to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary for this inspection and has lost value as a result, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect that loss in value.

Where reasonably necessary to assess a return, we may request information or photos showing:

• The package and hygiene seal;
• The product condition;
• All items, accessories, gifts, and packaging included with the order; and
• Proof of return shipment or tracking information.

A request for this information does not affect your right to withdraw if you have submitted a valid withdrawal notice within the required 14-day period.

If your order included a free gift, bundle item, or promotional item, please return all applicable items. If you keep an item that was supplied free as part of a promotion, we may deduct its value from the refund where permitted by law.

6. Refunds Following Withdrawal

Once you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse your order.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a fee for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided valid evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Unless the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly, you are responsible for the cost of returning the original item and for any shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item.
